Return & DOA Policy

Returns:

                ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ALL PRODUCTS.

SevenSeaSupply does not offer refunds, return or exchanges on any items.

DOA:

SevenSeaSupply guarantees live arrival on all plants and live shrimp. In the event that plants or live shrimp do arrive damaged or deceased we will gladly replace the live plant(s) or live shrimp lost with the same item(s) or item(s) of equal value. In order to receive a replacement, please follow the instructions below:

                *Do Not open the plastic packaging

                *Contact customer support on the home page via email link

                *Submit photo(s) with email

                *Wait for a reply email

                *Once approved follow special instructions

Live plant and live shrimp shipments must be accepted at first delivery attempt. If delivery is refused for any reason, the customer will be held 100% liable for the full cost of the invoice. Weather related delays, mechanical failures, etc. which result in loss will not be covered by SevenSeaSupply. All live plants orders will be shipped USPS Priority. Live shrimp will be ship via FedEx overnight.

                Please use the contact us tab on the home screen, select email customer service. From there you will email us in regards to the DOA and request a RMA#. No replacement claims will be accepted without the RMA#. All return request will be processed within 48hours (excluding holiday and weekends). An email confirmation will be sent out with return instructions and RMA#.

                Please DO NOT throw out the damaged/deceased item without authorization. Doing so will void any warranty. All DOA items must be reported via email within 24hr of delivery time posted by shipping carrier. Again a digital photo of the plant and live shrimp in its ORIGINAL UNOPENED AND SEALED packaging will be required. SevenSeaSupply will not refund or issue credit for shipping cost or refund for live plant or live shrimp loss. Replacement plant(s) and live(s) will be shipped to you at no additional charge after all documents have been received and verified. All replacements are considered FINAL and we will not replace the replacement.
